Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Define the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Mentor and guide a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability across all environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and cloud computing to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
