Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into next-gen algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- System Optimization: Enhance model latency, accuracy, and efficiency for real-time applications in fintech and healthcare.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering and machine learning experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
