Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and technologies to ensure our products remain future-proof.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable neural networks and machine learning systems capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and data scientists, conducting technical reviews, and driving best practices across the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into Generative AI and Predictive Analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict security protocols and ethical AI standards, mitigating bias and ensuring responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and align technical decisions with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A track record of driving innovation and implementing novel solutions in previous roles.
