In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, ensuring our architecture is ready for the rapid advancements of the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the long-term technical vision for AI integration, ensuring scalability and resilience for future demands.
- Lead System Design: Design complex, distributed AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and neural networks, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external technologies and partners that align with our long-term 2026 strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and preparing infrastructure for future technological shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical decision-making.
