Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI solutions for complex, real-world problems.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
