Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from inception to delivery.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is a plus.
