- Future-Proofing Systems: Implement adaptive AI architectures that evolve with emerging paradigms in 2026, including multimodal learning and edge AI integration.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize proprietary models to reduce inference latency and energy consumption without compromising accuracy.
- RAG & Agentic AI: Lead the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies and autonomous agent workflows.
- Research & Innovation: Collaborate with top-tier researchers to explore novel applications of Generative AI in predictive analytics and creative automation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record of working with GPT-4, Llama, or similar transformer architectures.
- Programming: Exceptional proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithmic performance.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
