The Role
You will act as the technical steward of our AI strategy, bridging the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will lead a team of elite engineers in deploying systems that are not only intelligent but resilient and ethical.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable AI systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Edge Computing.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural patterns for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity across all AI deployments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
