Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures for complex enterprise problems, focusing on next-generation algorithms.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Neuro-symbolic AI) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Machine Learning models to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and bias mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
