Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance AI systems aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the design of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Ensure data privacy, algorithmic bias mitigation, and ethical AI compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements expected to mature by 2026.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
