Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines for real-time inference and training.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Generative AI, specifically focusing on Agentic workflows and Multimodal models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency on distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI deployment.
- Conduct technical research to identify emerging trends and integrate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
