Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, next-generation AI frameworks specifically aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the integration of Quantum Computing concepts into standard Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines.
- Define and enforce rigorous ethical AI guidelines, data governance protocols, and safety standards for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate solutions for complex, real-world problems.
- Conduct high-level research on emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Predictive Analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of leading AI research projects or architectural design in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud-native AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications and regulatory landscape of AI (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
