Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering leads.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and accuracy to reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Ensure all systems adhere to industry best practices for security, compliance, and data privacy.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
