Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI systems designed for the 2026 era.
- Design robust pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to future-proof our technology stack.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLM-based applications (e.g., RAG, LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search.
