Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 AI product roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and proof-of-concept validations for new technologies.
- Optimize existing models for latency, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
