Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance deep learning architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs using edge computing and distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability system design.
