Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI agents aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Optimize Model Performance: Drive research and engineering initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy across diverse hardware environments.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the architectural vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews that uphold our high technical standards.
- Pilot New Technologies: Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies to integrate them into our core product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current limitations and conceptualize systems that leverage upcoming advancements in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
