Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical architecture for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Lead the research and evaluation of state-of-the-art models to drive product innovation.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments.
