Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines for distributed systems.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously optimize model inference speed, reduce latency, and improve energy efficiency in cloud environments.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning them with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and drive product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record working with NLP, Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Ability to architect solutions for complex, unstructured problems at massive scale.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and technical writing skills.
