Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our AI evolution, defining key milestones and architectural decisions for the next 3-5 years.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including multi-modal learning and edge AI.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards and mentor junior architects and data scientists.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and optimization techniques.
