Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI and predictive modeling, into core products.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for deployment in high-traffic production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to define technical feasibility and long-term product strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Deep understanding of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize system performance under constraints.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
