- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our AI capabilities, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Distributed Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant neural network infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Spearhead Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies such as Agentic Workflows and Multi-Modal AI.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Proven ability to design large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
