Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and performance for 2026-era technologies.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI model deployment, identifying emerging trends such as edge computing and neuromorphic hardware.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops on advanced AI architectures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and security experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, undefined problems and deliver creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
