Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure specifically tailored for the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for high performance and reduced latency in real-time environments.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with international AI regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, data engineering, and high-availability system design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
