Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring architectural consistency across distributed teams.
• Optimize model inference latency and accuracy in production environments using advanced quantization techniques.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Extensive experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Strong proficiency in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale model training and deployment projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
