Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI and machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead the research and development of advanced neural network architectures, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce operational costs and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models serving millions of users.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
