Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core neural network architectures for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and high-performance throughput.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, identifying emerging technologies and methodologies that align with our long-term vision.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes for autonomous decision-making systems and advanced predictive analytics.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of AI safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithms for low-latency execution and resource efficiency on next-gen hardware.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Proof Skills: Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles, Federated Learning, or Neuromorphic Engineering is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
