Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligned with quantum computing and metaverse convergence trends
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D teams developing prototypes for AR/VR interfaces and neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire emerging startups in post-quantum cryptography
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI autonomy and human augmentation technologies
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development in quantum-resistant algorithms and spatial computing
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 8 R&D verticals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping 3+ products with >$100M ARR in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures, spatial computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC finalists)
- Published research in top-tier conferences (SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, IEEE Quantum)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across multiple R&D disciplines
- Fluency in Python/C++ with familiarity with quantum programming frameworks
