Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic milestones for our upcoming AI product releases.
- Model Optimization: Drive research into model compression and quantization to ensure real-time inference on edge devices.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and implement rigorous security protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy for large-scale projects and navigate ambiguity.
