Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI integration across all product lines.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
