You will be responsible for designing robust, self-evolving AI architectures that can handle the complexities of a rapidly changing digital world. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible and want to leave a legacy in the tech industry, this is your chance.
Key Objectives:
- Design and implement scalable AI models aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering.
- Lead architectural decisions that ensure security, scalability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed AI systems capable of processing massive datasets with low latency and high accuracy.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize AI model performance to drive business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
