Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Spearhead the architectural design of large-scale, distributed neural networks capable of processing real-time, multi-modal data streams.
- Pipeline Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of Generative AI models, ensuring scalability, latency reduction, and high throughput.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with the C-Suite to define technical roadmaps for our 2026 product releases, integrating cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement robust frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy, adhering to emerging global regulations.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing research papers or implementing novel algorithms from state-of-the-art academic papers.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
