Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and cloud architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative adversarial networks and neuromorphic computing.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to ensure zero-latency performance and high availability.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, security, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our core products.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term and translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
