Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning for autonomous agents.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine model performance, reducing latency and increasing inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly products.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
