In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ready for the exponential growth predicted by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-generation generative models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining technical milestones and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, DevOps, and Product to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Optimize existing model pipelines for reduced latency and increased throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability and data privacy compliance across all AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML system architecture.
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
