Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to support our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead Research & Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives into cutting-edge AI technologies, including Transformer models, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems.
- Technical Roadmap Strategy: Define and communicate the technical vision and architectural standards for the AI department, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency, deploying them to production environments using cloud-native architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into deployable, user-centric solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
