Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable deep learning pipelines for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Research Integration: Translate state-of-the-art academic research into production-ready software code.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and memory usage for edge deployment scenarios.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to define AI strategy and roadmap.
- Mentorship: Lead technical mentorship for a team of junior ML engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically in NLP and Deep Learning.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
