Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI models and infrastructure designed for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, including Quantum-AI hybrid systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI architecture and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Neural Networks.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic vision for future tech trends.
