Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary AI models tailored for the 2026 landscape, including advanced LLMs and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-throughput inference in real-time enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security within the organization.
- Publish research findings and contribute to the open-source community to drive industry innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/ JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
