Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI systems and infrastructure using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for enterprise deployment, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists through complex technical challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly with existing legacy systems and third-party APIs.
- R&D Strategy: Research emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing to stay ahead of the curve.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring and observability tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
