Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget.
