In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI models are robust, efficient, and ready to scale in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines and MLOps infrastructure tailored for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource consumption in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including quantum computing implications and neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and managing large-scale data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
