Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning and deep learning pipelines that handle petabyte-scale data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into classical AI workflows, optimizing for future-proof hybrid architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and computer vision, and translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and security standards are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product managers and executive leadership to define technical roadmaps and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Quantum Experience: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
