Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure and production pipelines.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced deep learning models, focusing on LLMs and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI products to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
