Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step task execution.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines for training and fine-tuning large language models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Optimize model latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve agent autonomy and safety.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom orchestration layers.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and vector embeddings.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
