Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making and multi-agent orchestration.
- Pioneer research into next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning frameworks for 2026 readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive analytics into core product infrastructures.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, fairness, and explainability in autonomous systems.
- Lead technical mentorship for junior engineers and data scientists within the AI division.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and generative synthetic data.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning foundation models for specific vertical use cases.
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
