Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle executive travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with precision
- Oversee office procurement, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Streamline administrative processes using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support cross-departmental projects with event coordination and data management
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
