Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning IT initiatives with broader business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Future-Proofing: Develop frameworks to ensure the company's infrastructure is resilient against future technological shifts.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the experimentation and pilot programs for next-gen technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Management.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on future tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable, executable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
