Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices architecture capable of supporting high-volume AI and machine learning workloads.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and integrating them into our core stack.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) ensuring 99.99% uptime and zero-latency performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior developers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC2 standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-level executives to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, along with extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to prototype and integrate cutting-edge technologies ahead of the market curve.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
