- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize existing systems for next-generation latency and throughput requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into concrete technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity across all distributed nodes.
- Prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their feasibility for core products.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in high-scale, distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum algorithm libraries.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
